Disgusting service

I had a horrible experience. Booked a bus for my teenage son , bus was supposed to leave 2:30pm, never arrived. When it finally did after 5pm, they were told it is only going to take people from the previous day's trip. I had to arrange a place for my son to go sleep at when we finally gave up after 8pm. To make things worse i wasn't even there for him. I couldn't even get hold of the bus services. I booked him another bus the very next day. I am still unable to get hold of the people to request for a refund.

I am disgusted by this bus service. They are a bunch of ******, ****mers, who overbooked the buses to get money from poor people.

I would advice people to stay away from APM Bus Service. I am giving them 1 only because there's no option for zero.
