Disgusting service
I will never book this bus. If there was a star below zero I'd give them that. I regret giving them the benefit of the doubt, I was reluctant to book but I did n I regret my decision.
I booked for 4pm from midrand to Bloem n they said I should get the bus from park station n they moved the time to 8pm, such an inconvenience and they refused that I cancel whereas its not my even my fault that the time n departure point has changed. Even worse had to travel from Midrand to Joburg with my money, meaning I had to pop out more money.
The agents are also just useless bunches of people just like their management, they failed to help.
PEOPLE DO NOT BOOK THIS BUS, NOT EVEN WHEN THE TICKET PRICES ARE LOW. THEY DESERVE TO BE CLOSED DOWN.
