Disgusting/horrible service from sales consultant "Simphiwe"

<p>Sales consultant by the name of Simphiwe was disrespectful at the Durban station bus terminal. They saw we were waiting for the 9;00am 28 March 2017 bus and instead of alerting us as we were there an hour early, they left us sitting there and loaded the bus without telling us.</p> <p>Simphiwe didnt want to hear what we wanted to say and he clealy stated that "he wont listen to anything we say". I had to buy another ticket after spending R200 for the APM bus and had to buy another ticket from the competitors.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like my money back please as i was disrespected and wasnt helped. For future the Sales Consultants at APM shoudnt help clients while looking at their phones as its very disrespectful. I'm so angry and i hated the service</p>
