Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service. They did not load my luggage onto the bus. I traveled 12 hours from Cape Town to Eastern Cape and when I looked for my luggage, the driver shrugged me off. I called the customer service and was shouted at. The person's name is Welcome. He was rude and unhelpful. They finally admitted to their fault but refused to send over my valuable luggage. I guess it's gone now because its lost. Good riddance with this terrible service!!
