Disgusting Customer Service

I am so disgusted and angry. We got stuck in an apm bus for 5 hours with no apology at all. Your call centre stuff hung up on customers calling to find out what was happening, they were so rude it is not even funny, i have never experience such service in my entire life. The Drivers are on WhatsApp, making and taking personal calls. It was raining to top it all. Oh, you think it was only the drivers from the bus that got stuck?! No, the bus that cam to pick us up after 5 hours was on a personal call almost 3 times from Bloemfontein where we got stuck to Johannesburg, at least he focused on the road even though he looked tired as hell. Your customer service stinks, especially your call centre, i would give your drivers a 1 out of 10 since they can at least disrespect us with a bit of dignity, and for the fact that i made it home. I will write until i get feedback from you guys, and advice how are you planing to change this stinky service.
