Disgusted by the driver

I have never experienced this on my whole life!!!!!!!!! I was travelling from Butterworth to Pretoria on the 16th of September 2020. When one of the bus drivers of APM did not show any friendliness at all. When the bus arrived in Johannesburg PARK station the rude bus driver asked how many going to Pretoria and sadly enough it was only two and he suddenly said we must get out and go into another bus. Mind you we had alot of luggage for this unnecessary moving. We shifted because we felt threatened and when we arrived in Pretoria one of our suitcases was lost. I informed the drivers of this other bus about my situation and they called that driver and funny enough he was coming to Pretoria too. Why did he say we must get off ??? Who knows.... when he arrived told me that some lady lost her luggage assuming I had took it (gosh). He didn't even say he will keep in contact with me about the whereabouts of my suitcase nothing just shut his mouth and left. Utterly disgusted by someone who is working with people but doesn't have customer service at all. They call him Madala tall with a small beard.
