Disappointing return trip

Worse service after a great trip to Cape town left on the 13th June 2019 and the trip was exceptional but return trip on the 17th June 2019, we were given a bus without a bathroom and had to squat in the open fields when we needed to relieve ourselves. I was highly disappointed with the condition of the bus we were given from Cape Town to Pretoria not being able stretch your legs...:-( sad
