Disappointed and angry customer

Dear Sir/Madam

I booked 9pm bus for 8 people on the 23rd September 2018 , before the bus left a short guy (your employee) told us that the bus is in perfect condition except the lights, but the bus ended up leaving at 10:20pm the reason being that the bus stuck immediately after leaving Durban station at MacDonald.

I try to call your call center number and they where dropping my calls. We were waiting just a long time not knowing what is a solution and I ended up risking with my life walking back to Durban station from McDonald's at night to get another bus.

When we got to the new bus, one of the ladies that I was going with got injured (it was dark because bus had no lights) she was bleeding from Durban to JHB.
