Delayed shame

I am disappointed with the service of this apm bus service, I was supposed to departure at 8.30 but delayed for 5hours, with no explanation, they can't give refunds, they only give vouchers not your cash back even if it's their fault or cause. I really hope they will improve on customer service before they go out of business
