Delay of the bus and no prior communication for it

I bought a ticket bus for six o'clock. I rushed to the park station to be on time only to be told that the six o'clock bus will arrive at 20:10, what **** is that people. I didn't get to do a lot of stuff because I wanted to be on time for the bus now we sitting here with our time being wasted.
