Cruel Inhumane Services

Appalling service, I've been waiting on my bus from King Williams Town to Johannesburg, bus was meant to depart at 17:40pm and I'm still waiting at the station, cold and hungry. There are children also because there is no APM Offices at the bus station. No sms communication, office phone unreachable what on Earth are we supposed to do! This is beyond a hopeless situation, Hello Peter, please help!
