Complaint - Bad service

Good day.

I would like to lay a formal complaint regarding your bus service.

My mother booked a bus ticket from uMtata to Cape Town scheduled to depart today 17/01/2024 at 14:30 however its now 17:48 and she is freezing at the bus station travelling with 2 young kids.

Mtata currently has a cold weather its raining, what are they supposed to do in Town? Where are they supposed to sleep? What must they eat? Are you going to pay the Dr’s bills when they fall sick due to the cold?

Please attend to this matter urgently, your customer service sucks and the people you have in that office are useless.
