Complaint

Friday 12 January I purchased 2 tickets from Queenstown to Cape Town for Saturday. My kids got at the pickup just after 16:00, waited and waited the bus didn't pitch, apparently there were people that was supposed to get the but on Friday, they were still waiting also. Tried to call APMs offices with no success the 2 numbers I got not going through at all. I don't know how will I get my money back because contacting them seems impossible I just want my money back because they failed to provide the service.
