Complaint

Good day I bought a ticket on the 10th April 2022 from Capetown to Joburg time 12:00 The bus doesnt have the ventilation system, of which 3 of the passenger's have collapsed due to suffocation. No toilet for passengers to relieve themselves. The drivers are rude holding passengers hostage not stopping at filling station. No charging points for passengers The drivers each every are denying passengers to go relieve themselves at feeling station, they lock whilst their chilling outside smoking **** and drugs

I wonder this bus pass the test at rhe dept of license and dept of transport. You can literally see the tarroad whilst the bus in motion. I wonder if this passengers who collapsed due suffocation will make it to joburg or we will traveling with 3 corpse. This company must juat SUSPEND their TRADING LICENSE
