Compaint

This has to be one of the worst services ever, my friend who is traveling with a child has been waiting for the damn bus since 8:00pm, it's now 10:21pm. The bus was suppose to leave Park Station at 8pm for Eastern Cape.. They keep telling the clients that the bus is from Pretoria.. This is ridiculous, you can't keep client waiting oting for 2 and a half hours.

Who even owns theae damn busses anyway?????
