CLOSE DOWN THIS BUS SERVICE

Terrible service. Please be adviced not to book these people, they are full of ****. We were there from 20h30 yesterday to send kids to Durban in a bus that was due at 22h00. We were informed that the bus will come at 23h30 than later on they told us that the bus was not in a good condition, so we just stood there till 2 o clock, those guys are working at park Station organised taxis, after everyone was seated in taxis there was a conflict between them and the taxi guys coz they wanted cash not EFT's. Passengers were then offloaded and around 4 there was a bus that was coming from East London with people whom were still destined for Pretoria. They were removed for them to load Durban while still there, checking for the kids how they were coping with this terrible situation, I was shouting and complaining and the other guy who works for the Apm wanted to beat me. Saying why are we taking this bus if it doesn't give good service, like really! is that how you respond to your angry passengers whom were standing the whole night in this cold weather? Where is the owner/owners of this nonsense company, coz this is happening every day
