Cancel Bus at last moment & Refund not Paid

I booked in September and was called the day before to be told the bus has been canceled. I'm still waiting for my refund. I've been calling the call center every week and get told that the money will be paid on a Thursday since September 25 I haven't received my money back. Called this morning again.
