Bus Substituted, Midnight Call, Chaotic Company

Like everyone else here - a shocking bus service. My niece booked to travel from East London to Johannesburg on the 3rd of July 2023. A completely different, uncomfortable and shoddy bus showed up and transported the passengers. In the middle of the night, the bus company called me (her phone is broken, so they had my number as passenger contact). They could not reach the driver and 'something had happened to the bus'. I panicked the whole night long, there is NO call centre number functioning 24 hrs. She arrived safely but I can see this was very lucky what with the number of breakdowns.
