Bus stuck overnight at Shell and passengers had to wait for the bus coming from Capetown

I want my refund this nonsense of a bus service treated customers like ship. The bus from Queenstown to Joburg was stuck at Shell garage in Queenstown. The mechanic was called but only fixed the door that wouldn't open however we were told that there's so much to be fixed and we will have to wait for the Cape Town bus which will arrive between 6am or 7am.
