*** bus service

My brother booked APM bus from East London to Cape Town yesterday, as I'm typing this message, they are still in the Eastern Cape Queenstown and no one is saying anything. I December my nephew booked this bus from Capetown to East London and they only departed at 3am. Why is this bus still in business why?
