Bus not showing up
If there was a 0 star option, I would definitely use that rating. This bus service was disappointing. On the 7th of January I was meant to depart at 5pm, but got an SMS informing me of delay till 7pm, which was okay. It is now nearly 11pm, and I have been waiting for the past almost 4 hours. The customer service line is down, there is no way for us to contact them, and they have not informed us of any delay other than the one previously mentioned. NEVER use this bus service. Even though it's affordable, it's very unreliable. Might as well walk to your destination on your own two feet, and still get there before the bus

08 Jan 2024, 14:38The following morning, on the 8th of January, a relative of ours went to the APM offices in Cape Town and confronted them regarding this issue. They told him that on the 8th of January at 1pm, a bus will be passing through Eastern Cape going to CPT, and that we would be allowed to board that bus. We've been waiting here since 12:30pm and it is now 3pm, still no bus. We've been calling their office number several times, but nobody is answering our calls.
