Bus delays for an hour

I have to wait an hour for the bus, no sms to inform me that my bus is delayed and assistants at Tourism Center, Bloemfontein know nothing about the buses whereabouts. What is the use of being required to arrive 30 minutes before the bus leaves only to wait for the bus for an hour ? This is such an inconvenience and I'm very disappointed as a first time user.
