Bus delayed no comunication

Booked a bus for 6.30 got no message bus would be delayed and to top it off I booked a return selecting a refund option paying extra for this option just to fine out they font do refunds but they give you a voucher. Still waiting for this bus to arrive its been 4 hours, still no bus no direction the office is open but not even giving a meal voucher, this is so bad and they can't even say when this bus will get here the worst time to be stranded at a bys terminal where the toilet at the facility is not working here no water the toilets have no seats this is the terminal at the train station in cape town. This place is phethetic this bus service the worst ever
