Bus changed with no communication

Unfortunately there’s no minus 1 rating you guys deserve it. Your service is pits to say the list. I’m stuck in Kokstad booked a 7pm bus today but heard from other stranded passengers that your bus was cancelled and replaced with another bus. Your customers weren’t even informed about this & the drivers of the replacement bus could have atleast announced that they want APM customers. DON’T BOOK THIS BUS RATHER PAY EXTRA AND BOOK RELIABLE BUSES LIKE INTERCAPE
