Bus being late and living us in the cold for 1hour20minutes

Traveling from bosman station to Eastern Cape was supposed to live by 18:00 pm but the bus was late arrived at 18:30 pm when we got to park station we where told that we have to get off the Bus....they do not have enough busses we have to get off they are going to fetch other people and deliver them to Denver it was around 20:00pm it's cold we stranded just waiting here the bus came back at 21:20 the service is really bad we are not treated like paying customers all this occurred on the 24 July 2025
