Bad treatment / refund

I bought a ticket at the Springs Mall Checkers for the (Queenstown) Whittlesea departing on the 28th August 2024 arriving at the Park Station Jhb on the 29th of August 2024. The bus was set to leave Whittlesea 20h50. The bus never arrived. The person had to go back home by 23h30! Very early on the 29th of August 2024, I ran to Checkers, telling them of what happened the previous night. They called the APMWC offices and they promised to call me back. They never called. I have been going back to Checkers even though I know that they can't paye back, but just for support and assistance in my getting back my R470. APMWC doesn't respond to my emails nor they acknowledge receipt. I still want my money. I will never advise any friends nor acquaintances to use this particular bus service!! Never!
