Bad treatment from APM consultant by the name Ntsalo

I would like to share a bad story about the service that I received from APM buses and office 1.On the 25 December I did book a ticket from Mount Frere to Pretoria using APM bus the sad part APM consultant called me around 14:00 telling me that the bus is cancelled because they don't have enough customers , it was so inconvenience for me cause it was already late to make other arrangements but I had to accept the situation and make a plan because I was supposed to be at work , where ended going for hiking which is something I don't want in my entire life. 2. I went to the offices JHB on the 26 ASCI arrived JHB they said they are off line , I went to Pretoria offices they also said they are off line 3. They gave me number to call I keep on calling they told me the way Ntsako can't be on hold and she is the one who deal with refund, finally a week after I got a consultant who gave me E-mail address for the same useless Ntsako, I wrote E-mail a week after she rep**** and say she didn't get Email and I knew she's lying , a week after I manage to get on hold of her she said I must send banking details I done that but still Money in my bank, 2 weeks later I went to Pretoria station I explain what is my problem, the consultant said she will talk to the same useless Ntsako I even ask if the is no one who can assist beside her the answer was No, lucky the consultant called me following day she said they will call me and arrange for voucher 4. Up now nothing all is happening instead of APM appologiesing for the inconvenience they made to me so I am the one who is running around after them looking for my money while they were the one who were wrong 5. I wonder what are the duties of the APM managers if the client is gonna complain and no help is done though they have proof, if the Ntsako is the one who is dealing with the client like this I promise you if all the client can raise their voice that Ntsako should not be sitting on the same chair where she's currently sitting because she don't know how to handle straight incident 6. please hello Peter you are my last hope to assist me to have my money bac
