Bad service to customers

APM Bus service never my bus which I couldn't use due to my health problem but I explained to them the reasons why. I did wrote to hello Peter they didn't respond to them too. I need help because I still have the ticket. It was not the first time I use their service. It looks like I am loosing my whole R500.00.for nothing done . Please help me on this matter. Email is written on the ticket.
