Bad service rendered

I would like to share my deepest concern about Apm buses, actually they need to scratched, I mean taken off the system altogether, they are not eligible to be transpoting people, firstly they don't have consideration for time , they send sms an hour or half an hour late to apologize for the delays,they sent ****ty buses like the ones which transport people to local places like those Indian buses, there was no toilet , no air-condition, plus these buses don't even park in undercover parking in Park Station and Durban Station, that was a red flag to me, but we were already at the station so there was no turning back, because the buses came late people were pushing to go in the bus, there was no order, when we left mind you this bus was for 9:00pm but it ended up leaving Park Station at 23:30pm on 15 Dec 2023, as there were no toilets we had to have too many pitstops on the way, we only arrived at Montrose at 4:00am, our bus was delayed with 2hrs we had to reach Dbn station at 9:00am the following morning, I am never going to buy Apm bus ticket, no service whatsoever ,they never answered their telephone
