Bad service from APM

Bad bad bad service

On the 25 of Feb I bought two tickets to trave from Pietrmaritzburg to Midrand on the 28th at 23:20, we arrived at the bus terminal at around 22:00 which I have proof of, we waited from that time until around 00:00 and bus from Mthatha arrived the bus driver was very very unhelpful, he told us that he won't take us we should wait for a bus that is on its way from Durban, he is not picking up at Pietermaritzburg his just passing, we asked him way pass in Pietermaritzburg if he won't pick up anyone, he was rude and told us to jump out of that bus, our bus is still on its way to Pietermaritzburg, we asked him to call and find out where is the whereabouts of the bus, he told us that is not his job.

All other bus offices at McDonald's where still open, at AMP the is no one to help us as passengers, we waited until 2 o'clock in the morning the was no bus that did arrive we have proof of us waiting until that time.

We slept at the bus terminal which is so not safe at might we almost got ****** by street kids, I would never ever book a ticket with AMP, we ended up taking the first taxi to Johannesburg in the morning, we spent unplanned money for our trip because of AMP bus and their unhelpful driver, we don't recommend AMP bus to anyone in this world, we tried to call head office no one answered the phone.
