Bad service

Service is bad. Driver are Rude. I booked for 19h30 but the bus delayed till 23h00.when I ask the driver if I wll cover 5h00 in JHB the answer from the driver is andileqisi bantu Emsebenzini. But why I booked for 19h30 it's because I need to be in JHB by 05h00. BAD BAD and driver's are rude. Number plant of the bus is BM12PJ GP. Bus from umthatha to JHB. Date 17 July 2022.bus deleyed with 3h30 hours.
