Bad service

I booked a bus from Qumbu to Johannesburg for 18:30,but the bus didn't stop at the garage just passed. When I called the call center,they told me that they have nothing to do.

Now I'm in the garage nowhere to go. They didn't communicate to us before what to do and they can't refund us. We are stuck at nowhere now and our life are in danger right now.
