bad service
My journey with Apm bus was the worst journey I've ever experienced in my entire life. The agreement was to pick me up in Cofimvaba at 15:05 on the 10th of May 2021 and arrive in Cape town at 06:00 on the 11th of May 2021. I chose this bus because on the 11th of may at 08 : 00 was going to work. The bus was 30 min late in Cofimvaba...ok I understood that because the bus was coming from Dutywa. We left Cofimvaba....after we passed Craddok(between Craddok and Gaaffreinet) the bus broke down. One of the drivers said that the bus airbag broke so we need to wait for mechanic guy to fix the bus that was around 19:00 pm on the 10th of May 2021. The mechanic guy arrived at 11:00 pm on the 10th of may 2021. He took 9 hrs to fix the bus (from 11:00 pm(10 May 2021) -08:00 am (11 May 2021). we were in the middle of nowhere no water, no food, no communication... then the bus was fixed. On our way to Gaffreinet there was 2nd Apm bus to cape town that was broken....nevertheless we left....after Gaffreinet the bus broke down again, the time was 11 ;00 am(same issue). We were told that we need to wait for the mechanic guy again to fix the bus...no alternative transport was given... we only had one choice to wait for the mechanic guy. We called one of Apm superiors (Mnqobi Cele) he told us to wait for the mechanic guy or to use alternative transport..mind you from gaffrienet to cape town you need 400 for transport.... some used they last cent to find alt transport... we waited until 19:00 pm thats where I realized that I need to find money other wise am gonna loose my job, i cant miss another day at work,so I borrowed money from one of the loan shacks i know. Then i found the transport.. i left there 19:45...leaving people helpless because they do not have money. I am so ****ed off.. I have unpaid leave for the day i missed(11 May 2021), i am in debt because i had to borrow money,
