Bad service

I booked your bus at Checkers from Pretoria to Cape Town on Saturday the 22nd. The bus was booked to leave Pretoria at 16:00 only to be sent an sms at the last minute and told that your bus doesn’t come to Pretoria and I must go and get it at Park station Johannesburg. That was so inconvenient for me as I had to use my own money again to get to park station. I want to be compensated for the money I used to get to park station and which was R150. Secondly the customer service with your drivers is pathetic, they just stop in the middle of nowhere and don’t communicate with the passengers as to what is going on. Oh did I mention that it’s now broken down at Beaufort West
