BAD SERVICE

What a bad service we received from APM as passengers. I was in a bus from Cofimvaba to Cape Town on 31 January 2021, the bus departed at 15:05. It was a red bus with 2 drivers, they were extremely rude. The one went as far as swearing at me for complaining because they stopped in the middle of nowhere and they have been doing that throughout. Without any apologies or communication. When I complained he told me "UYASINYELA". It was the 1st time taking their bus and I will NEVER take their bus again. They let people get into the bus with no masks.
