Bad service by APM bus service

I wont advise anyone to use their busses. Today 28.09.2020 booked 08:30 bus from johannesburg to Durban, we only got into the bus at 09:45 and it was over crowded, left park station to shell filling station where we got I to another bus. Drove off and stopped once again before heidelberg and it was already past 11. No one keeping us posted about delays. I will never ever in my life use their busses no matter how cheap the price
