Bad service

We booked the tickets from Welkom to Cape town for the 4th of January and the bus was supposed to arrive at 21:40 at night, it never arrived and there was no massage that was send to inform us if the bus is delaying. The numbers on the bus ticket is not working and we had to wait for the other bus to ask then they give us the numbers. We have been waiting for more than 3 hours and they send quantum from Bloemfontein to pick us up and drop us in Bloemfontein, the people I booked the bus for is my children the oldest one is 18 years and the rest are 7,8,10. Just think small children have to wait more than 3 hours for the bus that never arrived and there is no communication from Apm to their customers they do not care as long they got the money. I dont thing that people must use this bus at all. The service is ridiculous as now I'm worried about my children if they will arrive save at Cape town.
