Bad service at apmwc buses

I’m so disappointed at Apmwc bus ,i booked a bus from Uitenhage to Knysna at 6pm now they say i must travel to PE which is means more fare to get to the bus what’s worse the time has now changed to 8pm,they are refusing to refund cause it’s not my fault
