BAD SERVICE! APM

I had the worst experience with this bus yesterday. I booked a ticket departure time was 21:05pm to leave from Big Bird Petroport to PMB, I waited until 23:45pm before deciding to leave and still there was no bus. No message was sent informing of change in time or that they were just not going to show. The service is appalling, even right now it's 07:12am and I still haven't recieved any communication from them and when I call the call centre it says they open at eight forgetting they render a service that operates outside standard working hours.

Unprofessional, inconsiderate, appalling service delivery!
