bad service and rude staff

Hello..i just want to alert other consumers about the horrific bus ride given by APM, not only were we stuck for hours without any explanations,the drivers were rude everytime we had to find out what was happening.Even on the initial time it was suppose to get to the station it was late and they made it out as if we need them more than they need us.We paid for a horrible service registration of the bus is DZ48VY GP from PTA to E.L
