Bad service and refusing to refund me

Good morning Hello Peter.I bought the APM bus ticket for Tuesday 15 Dec 2020 for the bus that was supposed to depart on 20:15.I waited for the bus till 07:00 the next day.I slept on the bus parkings at Mountain Mill Mall.I am not staying at Western Cape,so I dont need a return ticket,I need my money which is R730.00.Plz can you please help me to get my money back.It's a month now.They are not responding to my calls and whatsapp.The last time they promised to refund me was last of last weekb Friday.But till today they have done nothing.Plz help me to get my money back.
