Bad service

I booked a bus for myself, my mom and 4 of my kids from Cape Town to Mthatha, they then notified me to say their bus is running late and instead of leaving at 14:35 and arrive at 06:45 we will leave at 15:25 and arrive at 09:40.. I then tried calling them continuously to cancel the booking but the number provided was ringing straight to voicemail and we did not get ahold of them at all we then drove to where they said we will meet the bus and we got there and not an office of anything to go and report the matter..
