Bad service

The bus from Mthatha to Pretoria on the 6th of April, the bus was just stopping in the middle of nowhere and the say the driver is sleeping as a result we arrived in Pretoria very late. The bus has no toilet and they hardly allow passengers to go and pee. It was raining and the bus was raining as well. Very rude drivers
