Bad service

My cousins kids travelled from Cape Town to East London on the 16 December 2020. The bus was suppose to depart Cape Town station at 16:00. The bus only departed at 16:35. When the bus arrived in George past 11 the evening by the police it was noted that the bus did not have a permit to drive after curfew. The passenger had to wait till past 4 the morning until the bus company sent taxi's to George to pick the passengers up to transport them to East London. How could APM bus service not know that they were suppose to have permits. How pathetic.
