Bad service

Hi Hellopeter. I have bad experience with APM bus service their customer care service is appalling. I had bought a ticket via EFT transaction the ticket was from Idutywa to Cape Town for the 01/07/2021, I happened to wait for the bus that was from 13:00 up to 14:00 there was no bus no communication I learnt that some buses do not stop at the BP garage which is their pick up point because of taxi operators ************. I called their service center number which didn't help it's like it's none existence. I was very inconvenienced by this service
