BAD SERVICE

I am not happy with the service rude, and ***********, there was no disclaimer regarding the scale especially traveling from the Eastern Cape only when we were at the bus station in Queenstown were told about the scale and threatened about leaving our laggage if we don't pay for the laggage fee.... And all of happened in Queenstown train station
