Bad service

Yesterday the 7th of January ..my siblings where going back to PE from Johannesburg ; there bus was suppose to leave @17:30 came to our suprise they left at 20:00 no one was communicating with us ..there workers where rude and they had no clue what was jappening with the bus some where giving us different stories.myself and my husband went to the enquiry desk to ask the lady what is happening she told us the bus is coming ; we again ask her to find out where exacly is the bus she told us no she does not have an excess to call..how pathetic.what was suprising when I ask the other other guy he pointed the other bus and said that is the bus going going to PE its full we must wait for the next bus ..like really how is that possible coz we have been there before before the departure time and we have been stand outside since we where told to stand a line there...to close this matter I must say that bus doesnt care about people all they think of its money I blame the management they are totally disorganised and selfish and it was not the first time this matter was happening on top of that they have guts to realise the bus rhat had a problem meaning that they dont care about people 's safety ..All the workers need to be taken for a proper customer service training.
