Bad service

Bad service ever, never book Apm even if other coaches are a bit expensive. We still at the station for a 20h00 bus.. No update nothing just a stupid sms sent at 8 notifying about the delay..pensioners are sitting outside waiting for a bus at this time. How do you expect people using public transport to go home..😒
