Bad service

They r so inconsiderate on 2 january 2019 the bus was suppose to live 18:45 unfortunately the bus did not show up no 1 communicated anything to us even the guys who were there they were rude we were told the bus was coming but we waited at park station for 2hrs nd still nothing.... i had to forfeit my money i left at 21:05 nd stil there was no bus to Queenstown ...when i asked for refund so that i can buy another ticket they refused .....i hate apm bus nd i will not recommend it to any1 they don't care about us all they care abt is money
