BAD SEEVICE OF MY LIFE AND THE POOREST EVER LEVEL OF SERVICE OF MY LIFE

I booked an Apm bus for my return from Beaufort West to Cape Town, I did the bookings on the 27th of August 2020 for the bus that will depart on the 3rd of October 2020 at 00:00 at Beaufort West Total Garrage.

I came at the Garrage about 22:30 pm, waiting there for the bus to arrive together with some woman who's bus was suppose to come at 23:00 pm to Mthatha.

I waited up until 00:15 when I saw a Bus passing by without even stopping from Eastern Cape side (R61) turning to Donkin Street (N1) the bus I gause is going to CPT. I tried to call their call center, phone just rang to Voice Mail other numbers didn't go through. While I was busy trying my best to get someone on the line the SECOND bus came from Eastern Cape side again to Cape Town I even ran to try to stop it without success.

Luckily enough the Bus to Eastern cape came the supposedly 23:00 PM bus that come 01:45 Am. I asked the drivers they told me the first Bus that passed me was suppose to stop and pick me up and that they are new drivers.

Apm Bus service is VERY BAD AND POOR TO THE LOWEST LEVEL. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BOOK THIS BUS IN MY LIFE AND PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUS.

I had to book for Intercape bus at 01:50 Am for a bus of 03:15 AM and gause what ? It arrived at 03:36 Am as PROFESSIONALS, in order for me to get to Cape Town.

Apm BUSSES ARE BAD AND I WILL MAKE IT A MISSION TO SPREAD THE WORD OUT TO MORE PEOPLE AS I CAN.
